Corporate Reputation Outcomes
摘要
This chapter extends the corporate reputation management framework by analysing corporate reputation outcomes from two interconnected perspectives: the organization-oriented perspective, which examines the impact of reputation on financial and market performance, and the stakeholder-oriented perspective, which explores how reputation influences stakeholder decision-making. The organization-oriented perspective highlights how a strong reputation enhances economic returns, reduces costs, and creates market advantages. The stakeholder-oriented perspective underscores the role of reputation in guiding stakeholder interactions. By integrating these perspectives, the chapter provides a comprehensive view of corporate reputation as a dynamic and strategic asset.
