The interconnection between technological advances, social networks, namely platforms such as Tripadvisor, is redefining the tourism landscape, providing travellers with a wider and more informed range of options, whilst also enabling establishments to stand out in an increasingly competitive. Using the case study method, using open data collection techniques, this investigation focused on analysing the perceptions and comments of visitors to Clérigos Tower (Porto, Portugal), published on Tripadvisor. The main objective aims to understand the experience of visitors to one of the main monuments in the city of Porto, to identify experiential values experienced and which aspects need to be improved.
