Research on the Design of Personalized Exercise Recommendation System Based on Health Management of Middle-Aged and Elderly People
摘要
This paper focuses on the UI design of health management and personalized exercise program recommendation system for middle-aged and elderly people by combining the concept of personalized exercise management and the principle of aging-friendly design, aiming to provide more accurate and scientific exercise guidance for middle-aged and elderly users through the core concept of user experience design. The study analyzes in depth the basic characteristics of the middle-aged and elderly groups, aging design principles, user interface design, and their impact on system design by means of design research, user profile construction, and user requirement analysis. Aiming at the urban middle-aged and elderly groups, questionnaire interviews, field observation and other research means were used to explore the characteristics and needs of this group in terms of sports and fitness and interface interaction, and a design strategy combining the concept of personalized sports management and ageing-friendly design was proposed. In the process of strategy implementation, the physical health data, physiological indicators and behavioral patterns of middle-aged and elderly people are systematically integrated, and the “clustering + dimensionality reduction” technology is used to refine the characteristics of different groups of people from the complex health data, so that personalized exercise and health plans are tailored according to the specific classifications of the users, and the system design strategy is completed.
