User experience (UX) plays a critical role in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty, making it essential for the long-term success of commercial products. Since UX reflects users’ subjective impressions of product qualities, it is crucial to continuously gather user feedback to monitor UX quality. However, translating this feedback into actionable insights is a significant challenge. In this case study, we outline an end-to-end approach that extracts information from user feedback and utilizes these insights to initiate change within a software company. We detail the process of selecting appropriate metrics for quantitative UX measurement, identifying effective channels for collecting user feedback, analyzing quantitative data using suitable statistical methods, efficiently processing large volumes of user comments with Large Language Models, presenting the results through dashboards and reports to the relevant audience, and ultimately driving change based on the findings.
