Other Types of Attacks
摘要
NSAGs also have other ways of operating through which they try to achieve their objectives, which have not been discussed so far. This chapter therefore covers hit-and-run attacks, targeting of public transportation and sabotage of, for example, water purification plants. The TP-rules involving these variables shed additional light on how JNIM operates, what tactics they use, and how JNIM finances their operations. Robberies are often used as a way to obtain resources, such as vehicles or weapons. Robberies are often combined with the establishment of a (temporary) checkpoint on important roads. At these checkpoints, passers-by are often forced to hand over equipment and weapons. In addition, robberies take place in combination with larger-scale attacks on villages, often consisting of arson and destruction of properties.
