Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Consequently, the analysis and prediction of this disease deserve attention. This research presents an exploratory data analysis of data related to cardiovascular disease. The dataset comprises 712 records and 27 variables of demographic information, clinical data, lifestyle, cardiovascular risk factors, among others extracted from a study from Ecuador. Several risk factors associated with cardiovascular problems were identified, such as high blood pressure, obesity, age, smoking, and alcohol consumption. These findings are consistent with the existing medical literature.
