A Theory of Change model guided the M&E activities, linking programme activities to specific outcomes, such as improved participant engagement with services, empowerment in employment journeys, enhanced employer perceptions, and measurable reductions in employment barriers. The author describes the qualitative and quantitative methods used for the evaluation of this programme. A series of secondary research projects conducted throughout the programme provided further insights, contributing to continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making. The final evaluation report highlighted the programme’s substantial impact, with data showcasing enhanced participant well-being, skill development, and positive changes in employer attitudes.
