Research on entrepreneurship is constrained in its exploration of the impact of boundary circumstances on the connection between career adaptability (CA) and the intention to become entrepreneurs (Entr. Int). This study looks into how risk tolerance and the ability to identify entrepreneurial opportunities affect the relationship between CA and Entr. Int. Using SPSS AMOS software, the study analyzed the data collected from 421 potential entrepreneurs who attended the entrepreneurial awareness workshop conducted by the district industrial centers in the state of Kerala, India. The study indicates that CA has a positive impact on Entr. Int. A statistically significant positive moderation effect of risk tolerance and entrepreneurial opportunity identification on the relationship between CA and Entr.Int. was identified through the use of product terms for moderation analysis. The study’s findings can give educators, practitioners of entrepreneurial growth, and policymakers helpful information. The study’s results emphasize how a person’s CA fuels their intention to embark on entrepreneurial ventures.
