Breast surgery has benefited from countless publications in which a wide variety of techniques to address hypertrophy and ptosis have been described. The technique presented here has the advantage of combining the better aspects of known techniques, such as a kind of resections and areola transposition. It deals with the concepts of reduced scars and dynamics of the breast and provides a sequence of steps that will help readers handle reduction and breast lifting to create a pleasing, long-term appearance. Starting from Bozola’s classification, it is possible to have an overview of the different shapes of the breast. This classification is as follows:
