Surgical treatment in reduction mammaplasty can be done using several techniques. We chose two surgical techniques that we use in our daily practice, Pitanguy’s technique and the Liacyr Ribeiro’s flap, which, when performed as a surgeon’s guide, can lead to very favorable and lasting results.
