Accompanied by the gradual increase of global aging, enhancing the emotional needs fulfillment and life satisfaction of the elderly has become an important issue in the field of human-computer interaction (HCI). Taking the elderly population in the Shuangshishan community of Huli District, Xiamen City as a case study, this study used the PCCS-FA model, combined with questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, to explore the multidimensional effects of social support network on emotional needs and life satisfaction. The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive correlation between perceived support quality and life satisfaction, and that the diversity of support sources played an important role in moderating the relationship between emotional belonging and satisfaction. Factor analysis was used to extract two key factors, namely "support experience" and "support source", to reveal the multidimensional mechanism of the support system. Based on this, this paper proposes specific recommendations for age-friendly technology design, including the design of emotionally supportive interfaces, the integration of multimodal interaction functions, and the optimization of accessibility. This research provides a theoretical basis for technology developers in the HCI field, as well as some practical guidance for community planning and aging policy making.
