Interaction Design and Evaluation of AR Glasses Suitable for the Elderly
摘要
This paper constructs an AR glasses interactive system suitable for the elderly, provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the design of products suitable for the elderly, and takes the needs of elderly users as the guide to improve the product experience in real life. Based on the Affinity Diagram (KJ) method, the real needs of the elderly and their service providers are screened and summarized. Through expert review and user interviews, 17 demand factors of AR glasses suitable for the elderly are obtained, and the hierarchical analysis method is used to drill down the demand factors. Based on the user questionnaire scores, the comprehensive weight is calculated, and the consistency test is carried out to determine the final proportion of product design factors. Based on the four major elements of technology, safety, aesthetics, comfort and maintenance, a multi-sensory coordinated AR glasses suitable for the elderly are designed. The systematic transformation from needs and functions to products is completed by using the KJ method and the AHP method, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to systematically analyze the product and verify the usability of the design. Taking user needs as the guide, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, it is possible to effectively explore user demands and make reasonable transformations, providing a more specific theoretical basis and practical path for the design suitable for the elderly.
