Utilization of Artificial Intelligence for Smart Governance and Digital Transformation: Innovative Approaches to Efficiency and Transparency
摘要
This research employs the Scopus database to examine the characteristics of artificial intelligence (AI) trends from 2014 to 2024, utilising the CiteSpace application. The findings indicate that the implementation of AI in government has the potential to enhance the efficiency and quality of public services. Over the past decade, the number of publications on AI has continued to increase, with the United States being the most prominent country in terms of research output in this field. In Indonesia, the application of AI has demonstrated considerable advancement across a range of domains, including government administration, healthcare, and transportation. The technology is being employed to automate administrative procedures, manage data effectively, and facilitate evidence-based policy formulation. However, several challenges persist, including limited digital infrastructure in remote regions, a shortage of qualified experts, and the potential for data bias and privacy threats.
