Drawing inspiration from the German cooperative leadership model, it emphasizes professionalism, collaboration, and the importance of both vertical and distributed leadership. The model’s five levels and four leadership dimensions serve as a guide for leaders across all organizational levels. Designed as a tool for reflection and development, the model is rooted in theory and practice and seeks to enhance leadership capacity and legitimacy in a democratic society.
