Strategic Human Resource Management and Dynamic Capabilities in Life Sciences: Leveraging Hybrid Team Management and Performance Monitoring in Fluid Working Spaces for Advanced Productivity

Developing robust strategic human resource management (SHRM) and dynamic capabilities (DC) across contemporary organizations is considered one of the most critical factors for enhancing workforce performance and fostering organizational innovation. Hybrid team management (HTM) initiatives are frequently scrutinized from various perspectives like Work-From-Home (WFH) or Return-to-Office (RTO), encompassing how they are employed and how they contribute value to enterprises. Life Sciences organizational leaders were surveyed on the influence of DC and HTM strategies in fluid working environments through an online structured questionnaire that included closed questions such as monitoring performance metrics and evaluating productivity indicators. This chapter conducted assessments based on multiple assumptions regarding workforce adaptability, the significance of agile capabilities, and the impact on organizational performance, aiming to illuminate the complexity of these propositions and examine the collective value of strategic HR approaches and capacity building. The findings and supporting questionnaire data emphasize the importance of adopting comprehensive HR frameworks, DC, metric-driven insights, and innovative solutions that strengthen the ability of professionals to optimize task allocation, improve collaboration mechanisms, and ensure access to essential information. Statistical analyses indicate that these results pertain not only to the influence of strategic HR management on workforce development but also to the broader implications for driving innovative capacity within organizations.
