Z-numbers are increasingly recognized for their role in improving decision-making accuracy under uncertainty, with significant implications for advanced computational models. This study introduces a novel formulation of Z-number soft expert sets, integrating principles from Z-numbers and soft expert sets, illustrated through examples. Operations on these sets are defined, and their properties are rigorously proven. A new decision-making algorithm is proposed, reducing computational complexity. Its effectiveness is evaluated against baseline algorithms using reputable data sources. This work advances the theoretical foundation and practical application of Z-number soft expert sets in medical decision-making.
