Stages of Project Management in Strategic Alliances
摘要
Project management in strategic alliances is becoming an important tool for achieving competitive advantages in the context of globalization and economic instability. In this contribution, the author emphasizes the importance of coordinating actions between partners, taking into account cultural differences, and developing adaptive management methods. The study is based on the analysis of existing scientific works on project management and strategic alliances to identify key success factors. The work includes an analysis of existing stages of project management in the strategic alliances and offers a ten-stage algorithm, from defining goals and strategies to completing the project and evaluating its results. In this contribution, particular attention is paid to key aspects such as risk management, communication, quality control and taking into account cultural differences. The author emphasizes the need to add a stage of developing performance criteria that will allow more accurate assessment of project results. Despite significant progress, there is a lack of empirical data, which creates a need for further research to develop practical recommendations.
