The process of organizing training of financial managers cannot be of high quality without well-organized practical training. Currently, there is no unified approach to the organization of practical training in universities. The same is observed in the direction of training «Management», profile «Financial Management». Industrial practice is a logical completion of the process of mastering competences. These competences are fixed in the basic educational program and curriculum of the university for training of bachelors – financial managers. In the process of practice, the student is faced with tasks, the solution of which he can find only in professional activity at the enterprise (organization). Therefore, one of the effective means of organizing practice is the revision of basic educational programs and their adjustment in accordance with the requirements of federal educational and professional standards. The system of practices in the process of training financial managers should be built in such a way that by mastering the relevant professional competencies to get a ready specialist at the end. This work presents the experience of organizing practical training of bachelor students in the sphere of financial management in several universities in Kazan.
