The research purpose is to substantiate the modern interpretation of the definition of integrated financial planning and to develop a methodological approach to the formation of a system for ensuring the financial stability of enterprises based on an integrated approach. The definition of integrated financial planning has been clarified, which is understood as a complex organizational process that combines traditional and risk-oriented systems of plans synthesized to achieve a single goal – ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise, these plans are developed synchronously and are coordinated in time and content, facilitating a rapid response to fluctuations in the external environment. A paradigm of integrated financial planning in an unstable economic environment of enterprises has been formed, which is a unification of the multi-aspect nature of goals of financial and risk-oriented planning, which will contribute, firstly, to the reduction of management costs, and secondly, to a comprehensive study of possible risk factors in the process of economic activity and the formation of guidelines for further development. A conceptual methodological basis for integrated financial planning in the context of modern economic fluctuations has been developed, the principles of which are adaptability, optimality, complexity, rationality, timeliness, prudence, materiality and risk-oriented financial plans.
