Simulation Model of the Scraper Hydraulic System
摘要
Modern human life is closely connected with the processing of the soil surface of the earth in various industries. For example, when building highways and railways, builders are faced with the need to process the land to create strong and stable foundations for the road surface. For agriculture, earthworks are necessary to prepare the soil for crops, create irrigation and drainage systems, and provide access to the fields. High-quality soil processing helps to increase crop yields and the efficiency of agricultural production. To ensure efficient farming and increase crop yields, it is important to use modern technical equipment. Improving the technical properties of machines is an urgent task. When designing machines and equipment, an important stage is conducting tests that verify and confirm various aspects of their operation, functionality, and safety. Carrying out physical experiments entails significant financial costs. Therefore, creating a virtual model and conducting virtual experiments can help avoid technical errors and ensure that the designed machine can operate reliably and efficiently under various working conditions. This work investigates the modeling of the basic hydraulic circuit of a cyclic-action earthmoving and transport machine – «Scraper» (specialized construction equipment). The developed model can be used in the educational process, providing students with the opportunity to study not only the theory, but also the practical application of hydraulic systems.
