Model of Planning the Distribution of Financial Resources of the Enterprise
摘要
The unjustified use of funds contributes to the formation of a negative value of working capital and the formation of low liquidity. To develop a model of distribution of financial resources, we have to take into account some factors: distributed limited resources that should contribute to profit maximization; financing of alternatives should not reduce liquidity; an acceptable level of the financial dependence on external sources should be maintained. The authors propose to present the process of distribution of financial resources of an enterprise in the form of incoming and outgoing cash flows. In this case, three types of projects are distinguished: projects increasing the volume of production of the enterprise, projects to increase demand, and projects associated with reducing production costs. Before formalizing the processes, it is necessary to determine conditions for the functioning of the models: each project is characterized by a finite time, all projects are optimized for the use of financial resources, the choice of several projects implies their additivity, the enterprise has free access to borrowed sources. The authors formalize the process for incoming and outgoing cash flows, which is an enumeration of combinations of the presented projects and the selection of the best one in terms of profit maximization while observing the set restrictions. The authors classify the developed model as a simulation model. The proposed model for the distribution of financial resources between the enterprise’s projects allows predicting directions of movement of financial resources that ensure the maximization of the enterprise’s profit.
