A person as the driving force of economic processes taking place in a business entity, regardless of its field of activity, forms the human capital of an organization by his individual characteristics (knowledge, skills, experience, etc.). The problem of human capital development in agricultural enterprises remains relevant due to the peculiarities of conducting this type of activity. There is no doubt that the financial situation and development prospects of the subject depend on the human capital state of an enterprise in the agro-industrial complex. The purpose of the study is to analyze the state of the human capital of agricultural organizations and the activities carried out to develop and maintain it, according to the ECG rating. The data of the leading subjects of large agricultural business in Russia in the ECG rating was analyzed in the paper. The author has identified problematic aspects of this rating system, as well as proposed indicators that increase its informativeness. These indicators include the following: staff turnover rate, proportion of unfilled vacancies, quality of current staff, intellectual potential of the organization, proportion of socially vulnerable categories of staff, degree of satisfaction with wages, degree of satisfaction with working conditions. The disclosure of such types of expenses as the costs of ensuring the workforce stability, reducing staff turnover, retaining key employees, as well as accumulating knowledge within the organization to preserve it in the event of employee layoffs was carried out.

The Human Capital of Agricultural Organizations and the Information Disclosed About It
