Determining determinants of the integrated risk management system based on the COSO ERM Framework makes it possible to identify areas of increased attention for making management decisions by companies in the dairy industry. This study aims to identify statistically significant determinants influencing the debt burden and economic value added (EVA) indicators, considered as proxy variables of integrated risk. An assessment of the significance of short-term debt burden (STD), long-term debt burden (LTD), profitability, size, tangibility, tax, business risk parameters of the largest 55 companies in the dairy industry for the period 2018–2023 was made. In the context of increased economic uncertainty and market volatility, the significance of implementing effective control procedures aimed at reducing the likelihood of risk events and changing the consequences of risk realization is increasing for companies in the dairy industry. The influence of the resulting parameters is mainly consistent with the theory of the hierarchy of managers, confirms the high level of information asymmetry in the industry. Thus, potential areas of increased risk in relation to business processes of revenue, fixed asset management, taxation are identified based on the results of the study. Control procedures aimed at potential risks in these business processes that exist in the dairy industry are proposed.

摘要
