Dupuytren’s disease is a pathology affecting the medium palmar aponeurosis and the digital aponeurosis, leading to the formation of cords and nodules. It can cause important retractions leading to flexion of the metacarpophalangeal joints, the proximal interphalangeal joints, and more rarely the distal interphalangeal joints. There are usually three stages of evolution: It is treated with surgery with more or less invasive techniques, from aponeurotomy with a needle to skin graft. Rehabilitation always follows surgery and must fight against postoperative tissular retractions, mainly after aponeurotomy or Mac Cash techniques. We establish a progressing protocol based on digital mobilizations, stimulations of the palmar mechanoreceptors, fluidotherapy, cryotherapy, and deep massages, combined with a static orthosis.
