Endovaginal Urethra and Bladder Imaging
摘要
This chapter describes currently available endovaginal three-dimensional ultrasound techniques applied in urethral and bladder imaging. Various ultrasound modalities, transducers, and anatomical approaches used in the assessment of the female urethra and bladder with reference to other pelvic floor structures are described. Present possibilities of each method are demonstrated, including practical information and tips on how to obtain reliable diagnostic images. The advantages and limitations of each method and each transducer are shown, as well as their clinical usefulness in the integrated diagnostics of the urethra and bladder.
