This study is to figure out the mechanism of biomass pretreated process and understand the various phenomena during experiments preparation, characterization, and application. The simulation method is used to explore and reveal the observed data especially on the change on XRD. The effect of cellulose chain numbers on intensity and crystallinity index was simulated, and the results correspond well with the experimental data. The data indicate that both the crystallinity index and the intensity increase with the rising number of chains.
