The vote of U.S. Catholics in the 2024 presidential election was simultaneously the same old story and a very different outcome compared to the previous election. Donald Trump’s victory continued to highlight the importance of winning the Catholic vote and its somewhat fickle, pendulum-like behavior after having rejected him in 2020.
