Much research and conversations have circulated since the onset of COVID-19 in 2020 affecting all aspects of society globally. The pandemic has been an object of research since 2020. The impact still reverberates four years after the world was thrown into chaos. The global pandemic has emerged as powerful platforms for researchers to explore its impact. This chapter speaks to how the Morrison government dealt with the situation and its impact on Australian society. The Morrison government settled on their “best” economic plan to ease unemployment and stringent health laws and policies were disseminated into education, health and safety changing the face of Australian society.
