To do so, the study examines fifty-two case studies of firms that have successfully embraced digital transformationDigital transformation. The results of the analysis show that the digitalization of products and processes is the cornerstone of this transformation, which must be accompanied by a customer-centric view. The change must be leveraged by collecting data and establishing partnerships with other companies, including technology providers, retailers, or consulting firms. The process must also be supported by strategic planning of the digital transformationDigital transformation and the adoption of a digital culture by the organization.
