Oman Oil and gas company is a significant producer of liquefied natural gas in Qalhat, Oman. The company was founded in 1994 and has been operating since then. The organization has obstacles in continuous professional development, including the absence of personalized training programs, limited flexibility, and inefficient assessment of training efforts. This is despite the fact that the company has a solid reputation and experienced leadership for its continuous professional development. In order to address these difficulties, a complete training needs assessment was carried out. The assessment covered topics such as customized contract management, individualized change management, legal compliance, and sustainable practice. A number of non-overlapping training modules were developed to address specific organizational challenges. These modules employed a variety of delivery modalities that offer aid to a variety of learning preferences that are unique to the individual. This class of implementation plan underscores gradual growth achieved using a systematic schedule.
