This paper aims to discuss the importance of green leadership as an essential factor in the workplace and the impact it has on organizational behavior. This has resulted in some changes in the way that tasks are performed, decisions are made, and how employees communicate and understand their individual roles within the organization. This requires leaders to develop new ways to improve employee commitment to an organization’s goals and create a better environment for change. By doing so, the organization being more able to support these goals and establish an environment that can meet the new technological challenges. To allow this, this study will propose a framework that identifies green leadership as a path that shapes organizational behavior. It focuses on work climate change and employee commitment as factors contributing to enabling AI applications in the workplace, an area that has not been explored thoroughly in the existing literature. Green leadership ensures that organizations and communities are geared towards sustainable change. Within organizations, it affects how willing an employee is to make the changes incurred by artificial intelligence being implemented. This paper will discuss the role of green leadership in shaping organizational behavior and trying to overcome the issues that result from integrating artificial intelligence. This research seeks to provide practical strategies for leaders on how to effectively manage employees in the era of AI. The main research objective is to be explore how green leadership influences organizational behavior during the transition period of AI.
