The study reports on the correlation between the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence Model and organizational success. Design A pragmatic philosophy underpins the study’s research design. A mixed methods case study approach involving surveys administered to 50 male and female employees at the case organization was used for data collection. The survey includes six open-ended questions highlighting viable quotes that validate quantitative results. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis are used to analyze the quantitative component of data. Thematic analysis is used to identify the frequency occurrence of words and phrases reflecting common patterns that cut across participants’ answers. Findings suggest that applying the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence Model within the AB organization achieves sustainable success. The results also reveal the importance of leadership strategy, employee focus, stakeholder focus, process focus, and digitalization including AI and IoT, in impacting the organization’s excellence.
