This chapter discusses some of the key learnings and recent experiences transferring the skills of systemic family therapy practice to the virtual therapy room developed in the United States. I revisit essential ideas of systemic practice, including joining, utilization, and stability/change, and discuss how to apply them in virtual sessions. I also discuss the use of interpreters in virtual sessions, virtual and hybrid/virtual integrated care, and warm hand-offs, and offer reflections on how virtual work has shifted the lived experience of clients and therapists, and thus, the nature of virtual sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
