Make Product and Service Requirements Shippable: From the Cloud Service Vision to a Continuous Value Stream Which Satisfies Current and Future User Needs
摘要
A cloud service is typically evolved over time to address the growing and changing user group. Furthermore, the used cloud technology itself is evolving and requires continuous adaption of the cloud service to ensure a state-of-the-art service delivery. To develop and deliver the cloud service aligned with these demands, a life-cycle view is useful to focus the relevant service requirements such as functionality, availability, security, etc. for each life-cycle phase adequately. This chapter proposes a life-cycle phase approach to address these requirements. The proposed topics of each life-cycle phase are discussed on a real service instantiation to give practical advices and insights about the application in an enterprise context.
