The chapter will initially make brief considerations about the theory of digital constitutionalism and its background, which motivates this international academic effort, since discussions about neurorights can be considered new manifestations of this type of constitutional approach. Then, the development of the protection of human dignity in Brazil is studied, especially its realization in the form of fundamental rights. For this, rights already established in the Brazilian constitutional jurisdiction, as a result of the need to protect dignity, will be analyzed. Finally, the relationship between elements of theories of neurorights and fundamental rights before the Constitution of Brazil will be verified.
