Strategic Diagnostics for Optimization of Aviation Enterprises Activity in the Condition of Digital Transformations

The aim of this study is analysis of the theoretical foundations and proposal methodological recommendations for determining the possibilities of expanding the use of strategic diagnostic tools in the condition of digitalization. It has been established that digital transformations have become one of the key trends in the modern business environment, which significantly affect all aspects of management. The use of digital technologies provides new opportunities for optimizing the activities of aviation enterprises, increasing its efficiency and improving its competitive position. It is determined that strategic diagnostics is a systematic process of analyzing and evaluating internal and external factors that affect the activities of aviation enterprise in order to determine its strategic position, development potential, risks and prospects. The advantages of using digital technologies in the system of strategic diagnostics of aviation enterprises are determined, which are as follows: speed of data collection and processing; accuracy of analysis; automation of business processes; integration and visualization of data; improvement of communication; adaptation to changes; saving resources; support for innovative development. An algorithm for conducting strategic diagnostics for aviation enterprises in the condition of digitalization is proposed, which ensures the integration of traditional methods of analysis with the latest technologies for more efficient management. A modeling of calculating an erroneous decision on the status of a business process is proposed, which makes it possible to determine the probability of an erroneous decision.
