This chapter summarizes and discusses the findings and methods developed in Chaps.  9 – 11 on the digital analysis of clothing interaction with a deformable human model and realistic clothing models. The proposed methods are compared to the current state of the art, highlighting the research gaps that have been addressed. Additionally, the economic feasibility of digital modelling approaches is explored. The investigation revealed that the developed generic methods for constructing an individualized, deformable human body model with a realistic clothing cut pattern demonstrate high usability in the design of tightly fitted clothing. Incorporating 4D scan data and BodyTex4D further enhances the clothing development process.

摘要
