This study presents the development of a protocol for blood cell extraction and an electrical impedance tomography (EIT) imaging device. The reproducibility of the protocol was validated, including sample preparation, cell extraction by centrifugation, and electrical bioimpedance measurement in different media. In addition, the integrity and functionality of a device developed for EIT were experimentally validated. The results showed changes in measurement due to erythrocyte concentration, and challenges in cell type identification were identified due to the need to redesign and use electrode materials. Despite these difficulties, the protocol for EIT measurements was successfully consolidated.

摘要
