The Future of Manufacturing: A Convergence of 3D Printing and Industry 5.0
摘要
The emergence of additive manufacturing (AM), often known as 3D printing, is a significant advance in the industrial landscape. It can be easily integrated with the concepts of Industry 5.0, which promotes innovation and improves human–machine collaboration. Industry 5.0, the 3D printing revolution, highlights the convergence of modern robotics, artificial intelligence, and human creativity, resulting in a more customized and environmentally friendly production paradigm. Industry 5.0 addresses earlier additive manufacturing constraints by optimizing production speeds, expanding material options, and improving quality control by integrating intelligent systems. This study aims to give an in-depth analysis of how additive manufacturing is transforming the manufacturing landscape in the context of Industry 5.0. It seeks to draw attention to the advantages, technical challenges, and prospects for the future of this integration, while highlighting the contribution of human intelligence to industrial innovation, sustainability, and efficiency. This study also aims to contribute to the current discussion regarding technological advancements, industrial applications, and future development of 3D printing in the manufacturing sectors by understanding how technology and human cooperation are changing.
