The purpose of the study is to assess the connections between brand image, customer satisfaction, perceived value, and repurchase intention among Grab consumers in DKI Jakarta. The Lemeshow algorithm was used to calculate the sample size, which was composed of 100 respondents. Testing of hypotheses, estimation results, determinant testing, and relation to strength were some of the data analysis techniques used. According to the study, brand image and perceived value both have a favorable influence on the likelihood of repeated purchases. While perceived value has a significant positive impact, brand image has a marginally beneficial impact. The study also discovered that brand image and perceived value have an impact on repurchase intention, which in turn has an impact on consumer satisfaction. The findings imply that enhancing brand image and perceived value can raise consumer satisfaction and encourage them to make additional purchases.
