Consciousness-based education (CBE) emphasizes development of the consciousness of the knower. This helps them expand their perspectives and discover creative solutions using the entirety of their being and knowing. Artificial Intelligence-based education (ABE) utilizes AI-driven platforms to enable adaptive and personalized learning paths, automating administrative tasks, tracking progress through real-time feedback, and offering. The development and integration of ABE and CBE present a transformative approach to modern education, merging technology-driven personalization with consciousness-based practices to deliver holistic emotional and ethical development for greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership. Ultimately, the integration of CBE and ABE creates a system that not only optimizes learning outcomes but also cultivates responsible, well-rounded individuals prepared to lead in a world of complexity and change. This forward-looking model addresses the need for innovative, adaptive, and holistic education in the twenty-first century. This paper discusses how the merger of ABE and CBE can spur creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in management students and practitioners.
