This paper aimed to examine the factors influencing the work-life balance of employees at Al-Salam Bank in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The study considered working hours, organization facility, and workload as independent variables, while work-life balance served as the dependent variable. The researcher adopted a quantitative technique that was used to test the research Hypothesis, and the data was collected through using convenience technique to Al Salam Bank employees in Bahrain. The collected data has been tested to ensure the reliability and the validity of the statistical data, besides adopting the statistical analysis tests, including demographic analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient analysis. The findings of this paper is indicating that working hours, organization facility, and workload significantly impact work-life balance. The research recommends that organizations prioritize measures to optimize working hours, reduce workload, and enhance organizational facilities to enhance employees' work-life balance. Additionally, implementing employee well-being initiatives and offering flexible scheduling options are suggested as potential approaches to obtain positive outcomes.
