This paper aims to identify the application of implementation principles and legal principles in the execution of waqf at the National Co-operative Movement of Malaysia Berhad (ANGKASA), which is the apex body overseeing the cooperative movement in Malaysia. The paper also discusses the significance of applying legal principles in ANGKASA's waqf implementation since 2010. ANGKASA’s waqf administration, led by Yayasan Infaq ANGKASA, is found to be continuously transforming its legal framework to meet current legal requirements. The research data collection method involves secondary sources such as annual reports, ANGKASA's website, journals, and conference papers and primary source by interviews with relevant officers to obtain the information. The paper finds that the good application of legal principles in ANGKASA's waqf implementation has sparked dynamic legal transformation and assisted ANGKASA in empowering its waqf administration. ANGKASA has successfully expanded its functions and roles since its establishment with careful planning made from the outset. This gives a clear signal that ANGKASA is committed in helping its members and society in general through waqf solutions.
