With the rise of Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT), its potential can be seen in transforming healthcare and other industries . The presented study focuses on comparison and addresses the key challenges in diagnosis done by ChatGPT, providing a comprehensive perspective on the evolving medical landscape. The study highlights ChatGPT’s impact in four medical fields which include radiology, gastroenterology, obstetrics, and neurology. PRISMA was used to compare numerous manuscripts and a Machine Learning Model for generating chord charts, and evaluated ChatGPT’s efficacy within these fields. ChatGPT emerges as a transformative force in medical practice specially in Radiology and inspires further exploration in future investigations, and encouraging development in disease diagnosis and treatment with ChatGPT.
