Telemedicine has become a transformative force in healthcare delivery, granting patients remote access to medical services through cutting-edge technology. At the same time, blockchain technology is emerging as a potentially revolutionary asset in the e-health sector, offering secure solutions for storing and sharing medical data. This convergence between telemedicine and blockchain promises to improve the efficiency, safety and accessibility of healthcare, heralding a new era of interconnected, transparent medical practices. The integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into medical practices has led to the emergence of e-health, with telemedicine being an essential component defined by the French public health code as remote medical practice facilitated by ICT. Effective implementation of telemedicine requires mastery of the legislative framework and the integration of robust, unforgeable technology to ensure security and traceability. Blockchain, renowned for its immutability, presents itself as an ideal medium for authenticating sensitive medical data. This article aims to survey the relevant literature on telemedicine and blockchain in e-health, review methodologies and results, and propose a tele pharmacy model.
