The healthcare requires continuous monitoring and expertise. However, this often involves high costs in terms of both time and money for patients, doctors, and medical establishments. By leveraging communication technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and connected objects, these costs can be significantly reduced. This integration helps patients access optimal treatment guided by expert insights. In this paper, we propose a health monitoring system based on connected objects and artificial intelligence. Initially, we describe the system and present related work. Then, we detail the system's components and its stakeholders. Finally, we provide an in-depth overview of the services offered by the system, alongside use cases and associated advantages. The proposed system employs a smart approach to intelligently detect when a parameter exceeds a threshold, indicating a potential emergency. This system offers high-performance services, minimizes response times, and connects key medical entities, including hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and emergency services.
