A growing trend is observed where the elderly population is increasingly engaging with the digital world. Although they still represent a relatively small demographic in this context in Brazil, the number of older adults using the internet has been steadily rising. However, it is evident that older individuals face specific challenges when navigating the web, particularly in terms of visual impairments and a general lack of familiarity with newer technologies. As a result, there is a clear need for the development of technological resources that can enhance web accessibility and usability for this demographic. In response to this need, this study introduces a browser extension specifically designed to simplify and streamline web navigation for older users, making the browsing experience more intuitive and accessible. To assess the effectiveness of this tool, usability tests were conducted with five participants. The test results indicated a positive reception of the extension, although several suggestions for improvements were made, particularly regarding the installation process and overall ease of use.
