Application of Green Human Resource Management to Civilian Industries and Application of Green Human Resource Management to Other Developing Countries
摘要
The previous chapters have described studies pertaining to the Sri Lanka military that explore the human resource practices that promote green goals. In this chapter, studies considering similar variables in civilian industries and developing countries other than Sri Lanka are presented. The rationale is twofold. Non-military organizations have as much investment in protecting a country from climate change as do military organizations. Likewise, other developing countries can adapt and modify the human resource practices used in Sri Lanka as they design their own strategies for combatting climate change.
