Continent Anal Urinary Diversions in Bladder Exstrophy
摘要
Bladder exstrophy repair continues to present challenges to pediatric urologists in order to achieve the goals of socially acceptable urinary continence, protection of renal function, adequate sexual function and fertility, and a satisfactory cosmetic result. A variety of surgical techniques have been developed over the decades. We aim to explore the concept of continent anal urinary diversions as an alternative means to achieve continence for this particular patient population.
