This chapter was created to strengthen the philosophy of the Microneurosurgery Laboratory, although training is important, models are important, structure is important, but recording the training product is equally important, and this allows the student to reassess their knowledge at a future time, as well as allowing to immortalize a certain anatomical point of view that can be transferred in lectures, articles, and books through generations.
